Salos have been working on a number of MPD projects from Deepwater through to land operations. 
 
Our recent offshore engagement showcased the strength of collaboration and teamwork across all levels of the operations in a challenging project in Latin America. From the very start, our team worked side by side with the Operator personnel, MPD Provider and the rig crews, delivering coaching, mentoring, and knowledge sharing that supported safe and efficient performance.
 
Training sessions on managed pressure drilling techniques, equipment operation, and well control concepts were delivered to key personnel involved in the well. Despite the challenging operations, crew members showed eagerness to engage, ask questions, and apply what they learned. This commitment to learning strengthened operational awareness and supported smoother execution of critical tasks.

Overall, this engagement demonstrated the value of hands-on coaching, structured discussions, and active participation in building capability and maintaining safe, reliable operations.
