Houston office established to support Human and Organisational Performance Across the Americas

Salos Sunesis established a Houston office in November 2024, expanding its international footprint to better support clients across the Americas.
This expansion represents another significant milestone in the company’s growth, ensuring closer collaboration with International and America’s based operators, drilling contractors and service providers. 

The America’s team are focusing on:
- Drill String Optimisation, Analytics and care and handling coaching
- Human and Organisational Performance (HOP) training and coaching
- Safety leadership and team development programmes
- Operational readiness and rig start-up support
- Simulation-based training and performance roadmaps
- Collaborative workshops such as “Drilling the Well on Paper”
