The Company name Salos Sunesis Limited comes from two Greek Words:

Born in USA and attended the United States Merchant Marine Academy. Graduated with 2 BS degrees Marine Transportation and Marine Engineering and served 6 years in the navy reserve. Spent 15 years with SEDCO Drilling Contractor rising into a management position. Spent 3 years in marketing and sales.
Spent 5 years with Aberdeen Drilling Schools as World-wide Training Manager where company saw 5 fold growth. Lived in 7 countries and worked in over 30 countries world-wide. Started Salos Sunesis Limited in February 1996 and serves as a Director and Senior Consultant.
Ty enjoys building friendships and meeting new acquaintances and stays active in sports while playing tennis, squash and golf.

Born and educated in Aberdeen, studied at the Scott Sutherland School of Architecture, qualified as Architect, spent 37 years in North East construction industry, the last 20 years as partner in charge of own company. Active amateur sportsman - football, cricket, rugby, tennis, hockey (final trialist for Scotland) and golf.
Past President of The Aberdeen Speakers Club, The Aberdeen Society of Architects, Aberdeen Grammar School Former Pupil's Club and The City of Aberdeen Probus Club. Author, poet, world traveller. Jim joined Salos Sunesis Limited as Director in October 2008.
Passions: Teams and challenges
Matthew has previously worked for the Scottish Executive as part of the Meat Hygiene Policy Team dealing with the BSE crisis; Shell Exploration and Production, in their Strategy and Planning team; and was a founding director of the award winning business Petrodata International. He is a graduate of Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and Aberdeen Business School. He served a career as a British Army infantry officer, including Royal Household, key training roles and overseas operational duties.
He has considerable practical experience of leadership and coaching (being a qualified Master Coach in the military). Matthew’s coaching and leadership development techniques come from a mixture of his military and commercial experiences. A keen outdoors sportsman, Matthew enjoys mountaineering, field sports and rugby. He is a member of the Royal Scots Club, Edinburgh.
Born in The Netherlands he obtained BS in Mechanical Engineering in Haarlem. After serving as Reserve Officer in the Royal Dutch Navy, he joined Shell as International Staff and was trained for the Drilling Division. During his career with Shell he worked in several countries as Driller, Directional Driller, Toolpusher, Drilling Supervisor, Drilling Superintendent and Offshore Installation Manager.
After leaving Shell he worked for Dresser as Senior Drilling Engineer and Project Manager. Later he worked as Instructor for Aberdeen Drilling School. After that he worked as Consultant in different jobs and lately as HPHT trainer for Shell in Libya. He keeps himself fit by playing tennis, golf, running and swimming. He joined Salos Sunesis in 2008.
