Salos Sunesis Ltd (SSL) seeks to work along side our customers in providing their individuals, small groups and full team with the elements to perform well beyond standard levels of expectation.
How does SSL do that? Our ethos lies in cutting through the complex web of issues, challenges and diversions that so often prevent people from being their absolute best - not just in technical ability but also in quality, social skills, leadership, and a hunger to create exceptional service time after time without question. Being the best an individual, small group or full team can be. That will not come without effort and commitment while learning from ourselves and others.
Having the ability and wisdom to learn from others is a true gift. With that in mind Salos Sunesis Limited will strive to create regular open forums for discussion among industry and governing body personnel. These discussions will take on current industry concerns and work toward sharing best practices and methods between industries wherever possible. Using the time served experience of today’s person in authority while coupling with it with the energy and eagerness of those coming through the ranks will create an atmosphere for possibilities.
From these sessions findings and recommendations can be made to teams for their consideration and critiquing. Bench marking can be done and step change can be made and sustained for the betterment of the team and increase the return on investment to share holders.
SSL knows the power of group discussion, if done correctly and effectively with the right personnel mix, will provide options to be explored.
